Ajman Markets Cooperative Society UAE

The Ajman Markets Cooperative Society (AMCS) was officially declared by the Ministry of Social Affairs ministerial decision No. 58 of 2008, after fulfilling all necessary requirements. This declaration gave AMCS a legal personality, allowing it to engage in activities consistent with its purposes and objectives, as defined by law No. (13) for the year 1976, which describes it as a cooperative association established to improve the economic and social life of its members by following cooperative principles.
